Chick-fil-A locations give free ice cream for putting cellphone away

Families can get free ice cream at Chick-fil-A, but only if they silence their cell phones and put them in the so-called Cellphone Coop.

The new program is not available at all locations, only at about 150 restaurants.

The chain said it wants their restaurants to provide a sense of community for customers where family and friends can share quality time.
