WASHINGTON, Ill. (WLS) -- Preparations are underway in Washington, Ill. to mark one year since the town was devastated by a tornado as part of a rare November tornado outbreak.
Washington suffered the most damage and three people died.
Hundreds of homes were either damaged or destroyed and recovery efforts continue even a year later.
The American Red Cross says it is still addressing nearly 500 cases.
