CHICAGO (WLS) -- The family of a missing Chicago woman is making an emotional plea to help bring her home.

Jessica Suarez, 21, was last seen jogging along Montrose Beach on February 25. Her vehicle was found parked on the lakefront.

On Sunday, her sister made a plea to whoever may have taken Suarez.

I know you have a heart. I know that you have someone that you love very, very much. That's how we love our sister. Jessie, I know you are out there," she said.

Family members said police showed them surveillance video of Suarez jogging on the lakefront the morning she vanished.

She is described as a 5'5", 160-pound Hispanic woman with black hair, brown eyes and olive complexion, police said. She was last seen wearing a dark knit hat, white scarf and brown cloth coat.

Anyone with information should call Area North Special Victims Unit at (312) 744-8261.
