Pizza, hot dogs and Italian beef are the three pillars of Chicago's iconic food scene. For this week's "Ji, What a Find" we take a look at two great Italian beef sandwiches in the city.
Our first stop was Bari, which has been serving Italian beefs since 1973 and is considered to be a staple in the Near West Side.
Ji stopped in and Bari's owner puts her to work before treating her to one of the restaurants well-known delicacies.
Then, Ji headed over to a new spot in the Near West Side called Moneygun, where their version of the classic sandwich is a little pricier, but nonetheless delicious. At $18, their Italian beef seems expensive, so Ji brought in some of Chicago's finest citizens to see if it lives up to the hype.
