HEBRON, Ill. (WLS) -- The village president of Hebron is reportedly at risk of losing his home.

The Northwest Herald reports that John Jacobson has failed to pay three years of property taxes totaling more than $12,000 on his home, which was given to him by his late brother.

Jacobson is also facing drug and firearms charges. Back in March, prosecutors say he was found unconscious inside his home with cocaine and other drug paraphernalia.

Jacobson has pleaded not guilty.
