CHICAGO (WLS) -- Two male juveniles have been charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of William Lewis in Rogers Park last month, Chicago police said Thursday.
Eric Vaughn, 31, was previously charged in the same incident.
Last month, prosecutors said Vaughn handed a gun to a teenager in his car and told the teen to shoot an alleged rival. Vaughn's co-defendant allegedly missed the target, hitting 28-year-old Lewis in the back instead as he was waiting for the bus on a busy commercial strip in the 1300-block of West Devon Avenue in Rogers Park.
Lewis, a photographer who recently moved to the area, was taken to St. Francis Hospital, where he later died.
The juveniles will appear in bond court on Friday.
