Search resumes for woman who jumped in Lake Michigan near Whiting

WHITING, Ind. (WLS) -- The U.S. Coast Guard has resumed their search for a young woman who jumped into Lake Michigan along the Indiana lake front.

Thalia Rodriguez, 20, jumped from a pier near Whihala Beach in Whiting, Ind. Friday night. Authorities believe she drowned.

The search was suspended again Saturday night because of water conditions.
