String of burglaries hit Lakeview neighborhood

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police are warning Lakeview residents to be on alert after a string of recent burglaries in the city's Lakeview neighborhood.

The most recent happened Saturday morning when a man said he chased two men out of his apartment on North Kenmore Avenue. He said the man got away with cash and a video game console.

Police are also investigating two burglaries that occured earlier this month in the same area on North Kenmore Avenue and a block west on North Seminary Avenue.

Police have made no arrests
