Judge allows Lincoln Towing to keep business license for now

CHICAGO (WLS) -- An administrative judge decided Monday to allow embattled Lincoln Towing to keep their business license, at least for now.

The judge found Lincoln Towing fit to remain in business, but the Illinois Commerce Commission will make the final decision on whether or not to shut the company down.

Lincoln Towing has been accused of improperly towing cars, causing damage to vehicles during the tow process, and overcharging drivers.
