CHICAGO (WLS) -- At least 39 people have been shot, six fatally, in shootings across Chicago so far this weekend, police said.

Man shot in the stomach in West Pullman, police say

A man was shot in the stomach on Sunday in the 100-block of West 124th Street, Chicago police said.

The shooting happened at about 5:45 a.m. as the 41-year-old man was standing outside.

CPD said he got into an argument with an unknown person.

That person then pulled out a gun and shot the 41-year-old in the stomach.

The victim was taken to Advocate Christ hospital in "fair" condition.

The suspect ran away.

Woman shot to death on West Side, Chicago police say

Chicago police are investigating a shooting that killed a woman on Sunday.

The shooting happened at about 3:37 a.m. in the 3800-block of West Harrison Street, police said.

Woman shot to death in Near West Side, Chicago police say

A woman died after being shot in the Near West Side neighborhood, Chicago police said.

The shooting happened at about 3:43 a.m. in the 1300 block of W. 13th Street Sunday, police said.

A 38-year-old woman and a person were outside when they began to argue, police said.

Police said the suspect shot a the 38-year-old woman and ran away.

The victim was shot in the chest. She was taken to Stroger hospital, where she died.

2 shot, 1 fatally in Englewood, police say

A man was killed and another was seriously hurt in a South Side shooting on Sunday, Chicago police said.

The shooting happened at about 1 a.m. in the 1400 block of W. 65th Street, police said.

Two men were outside when a light-colored car pulled up and someone started to shoot.

A 30-year-old man was shot multiple times in the body. He was taken to University of Chicago, where he died.

A 32-year-old man was shot multiple times and was taken to Christ Hospital in serious condition.
