Los Angeles Lakers' Nick Young proposes to girlfriend Iggy Azalea

The Lakers may not have made the NBA Playoffs this year, but that didn't stop Nick Young from making a championship-worthy proposal to his girlfriend Iggy Azalea.

Young, also known by the nickname Swaggy P, announced his engagement to the Australian born model/rap star in an Instagram post on Monday.

Azalea also posted about the engagement, showing off her new ring with the caption "Happiest Day #Isaidyes."

Young and Azalea have been dating since 2013, around the same time when Young, a Los Angeles native, began playing for the Lakers.
