Man shot in the head in Lawndale, police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police are investigating after a man was shot in the head in the city's Lawndale neighborhood, police said.

The shooting occurred in the 4100-block of West 21st Street Friday afternoon, police said. The victim was hospitalized in critical condition.

No other details have been released.
