Man injured in West Side shooting

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man was shot Wednesday afternoon on Chicago's West Side.
It happened in the 5900 block of West Grand. He was transported to a nearby hospital. No information was immediately available on his condition.
Chicago police are investigating.
