Charges filed in Marques Harris murder

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Charges have been filed against 20-year-old Daryl Lee in the January murder of 16-year-old Marques Harris in West Woodlawn.

Lee faces first degree murder, reckless conduct and other charges. Chicago police say Lee shot Harris after Harris argued with his friend. A judge has denied bail.
