Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch, who has been fined by the NFL a number of times for avoiding news conferences, sat down to "answer a few questions" in a new Skittles ad posted online just one day before refusing to answer any questions at Super Bowl Media Day Jan. 27.

Some of the questions include, "Do you prefer watching cat or dog videos online?" and, "If you could transport yourself to the field in any way, would it be jetpack or blimp?"

Lynch has been tied with Skittles since his mother used to give the candies to him when he was 12 or 13 and told him they were his power pills.

Every time he scores a touchdown at home, fans throw Skittles on the field.

"Press Conference" Text:

Marshawn: (pounding on mic) Is this on? I'm thankful for the opportunity to have Skittles asking me questions today.

Skittles: Hey Marshawn, would you ever want to hang out with a talking rainbow?

Marshawn: I wouldn't wanna to talk to - I wouldn't wanna hang out with anybody who talks, at all.

Skittles: If you could live on any planet after you retire from football, which planet would it be?

Marshawn: I'll stay right here on Earth, I kinda like it here.

Skittles: On game day, if you could transport yourself to the field in any way, what would it be - jetpack or blimp?

Marshawn: Me myself personally, I'll take the blimp.

Skittles: Marshawn, do you prefer watching cat videos or dog videos online?

Marshawn: (repeats the question as he mulls it over) I'll watch the cat

Marshawn then answers the question, would he rather the football field be twice as long, so he could make a 200-yard run for a touchdown? No, he says.

Skittles: Marshawn, do you think it would be easier or harder to play football on the moon?

Marshawn : Hmmm (he's really pondering this one) I think it'd be easier.

He's then asked if everyone should get Skittles when they do something good at their job. He answers by saying some reporters at this very press conference should get just that, for asking good questions.

Skittles: Which is louder, 25 T-Rexes, or a stadium full of Seahawks fans?

Marshawn: That's simple - the 12s.

Marshawn then says he's pretty sure NFL referees keep Skittles under the hoods to sneak while they're reviewing plays during games.

Skittles: What does it feel like to be in Beast Mode?

Marshawn: You don't feel in Beast Mode, it feels you.

He then thanks Skittles again for asking him questions and for making the day "more awesomer."

"More awesomer," he repeats. Yeah, he meant it.

Lynch at Media Day: 'I'm here so I don't get fined'

Ironically, the day after the Skittles was released on YouTube was Super Bowl Media Day. Lynch constantly repeated "I'm here so I don't get fined" for five minutes before leaving the podium at Media Day.

About 200 reporters crowded around Lynch's podium for at least 15 minutes before he arrived. But Lynch wouldn't answer any questions.

He set a timer on his phone, caught a bag of Skittles tossed from the crowd and stopped to pick up a reporter's recorder off the floor before he walked away.
