2 men charged in Merrillville man's murder still at large

MERRILLVILLE, Ind. (WLS) -- Three men are charged with killing a Merrillville, Ind., man, but only one is in custody.

Cecil Pendleton, Jr., 55, was shot to death in May as he was preparing to leave for work.

Latrell McGee of Merrillville is charged with murder and is being held at the Lake County Jail.

Two other men, Devon Brown and Najee James, are charged but they remain at large.

Anyone who knows where they are is asked to call police.
