Missing class ring found in Wrigleyville

CHICAGO (WLS) -- An ABC 7 Chicago fan found a class ring from 1945 in Chicago's Wrigleyville neighborhood, and is hoping to return it to the rightful owner.

Alexandria Demchuk, 21, says she found the ring on Clark Street while walking with friends.

"I just want more people to share it," Demchuk told ABC 7. "I want it to be reunited with its owner."

The ring has initials engraved on the inside, which Demchuk hopes to use to identify the proper owner.

"It has some meaning to someone... Not me, but someone," Demchuk said. "I wish the owner would come forward."
