NAPERVILLE (WLS) -- Saturday marked the one-year anniversary of the death of Matthew Lange, an educator who was shot and killed in a school parking lot.
Lange was waiting to pick up his son, who was enrolled in a cultural program at a Polish school. He was shot several times at point-blank range while he sat in his car.
Questions still remain as to who committed the murder and why.
Lange was an assistant professor at Lewis University in Romeoville
For his parents, the pain over Lange's death remains fresh. They said they see a lot of Lange in their grandson.
Naperville has just two other unsolved homicides. Police said the case is open and active.
