28-year-old fatally shot on sidewalk in North Lawndale

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police are investigating a fatal shooting that killed a 28-year-old man while he was standing on a sidewalk on Chicago's West Side, officials said.

The victim was reportedly shot around midnight Saturday near 13th Street and Central Park Avenue in the city's North Lawndale neighborhood.

Officers said it may have been a drive-by shooting.
