Chicago Police Union files complaint over new uniform policy

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Chicago Police Union filed a complaint Tuesday about the new uniform policy for Chicago police officers.

The new dress code requires officers to cover up tattoos. It also bans baseball and stocking caps.

The union says the dress code should be up for negotiation.
