Man shot in buttocks in South Loop

CHICAGO (WLS) -- An 18-year-old man was shot Friday afternoon in the buttocks in the South Loop.

The shooting occurred at about 3:50 p.m. in the 100-block of East Cullerton Street.

The victim was on the sidewalk when an offender walked up and fired shots at him, police said.

The shooter ran from the scene.
