CHICAGO (WLS) -- There are significant delays on the Metra Electric line after an inbound train derailed near 11th Street in Chicago's South Loop.
A Metra spokesperson said passengers were taken off the train involved and put on another inbound train Friday afternoon. No injuries were reported.
Trains are moving on two tracks through the 11th Street area. Inbound and outbound trains will be delayed 15 to 45 minutes.
Metra said the duration of the delays are unknown at this time.
