Nicholas Miller-Chatman, 20, fatally struck by Metra Electric train

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Nicholas A. Miller-Chatman, 20, was killed after he was struck by a Metra Electric train on the city's Far South Side, the medical examiner said.

Inbound and outbound trains were stopped in the area near 95th Street and Cottage Grove Monday evening as authorities finished their investigation. Metra Electric trains operated up to an hour behind schedule Monday night.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's office said Miller-Chatman died of multiple injuries and ruled his death an accident.
