NORRIDGE, Ill. -- A police dash cam was rolling as a Norridge officer tried to help another one climb through the window of a home. Off camera, the house was on fire.
When a third officer arrived, they used the police car to reach the window more easily. A short time later they pulled a man to safety.
The Norridge police chief said he was proud of his officers and their willingness to rush inside a burning home, so he posted this video on the department's Facebook page.
