OAK PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- A church in suburban Oak Park has filed suit against developers, claiming they tore up a huge chunk of its parking lot.
Work is underway on a new 20-story building next to Grace Episcopal Church in Oak Park. The church says it agreed to let the developers store some equipment on their property, but now claim the companies went ahead and excavated 40 percent of their parking lot.
Developers have not responded to calls from ABC 7.
