CHICAGO (WLS) -- A vote could happen Monday on a plan to keep the noise down at O'Hare International Airport.

Right now, recommendations include adding a second departure runway during quiet flight hours and putting in a new runway rotation plan.

If voted on, the plan would then be sent to the Federal Aviation Administration for approval.
