PHOTOS: Half of Oprah's former Chicago condo sells for $3.5M

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The first half of Oprah Winfrey's former condo at Water Tower Place in Chicago has been sold.

According to Crain's, rehabbers bought the 9,600-square-foot condo last year and split it into two units. They sold the first half, a three-bedroom condo, for more than $3.5 million.

The other half, one floor up, is being completed now and will go on the market next month.
