Officials host Pokemon Go event in Berwyn

BERWYN, Ill. (WLS) -- Pokemon Go players trying to "catch 'em all" in Berwyn got a little boost.

The Berwyn Park District, Berwyn Police Department and Mayor Robert Lovero hosted a public Pokemon Go event Monday evening.

Proska Park was filled with players on the hunt for Pokemon. Thirteen Poke-stops had lure modules activated for gamers, who also enjoyed refreshments and free raffles for Pokemon swag.
