Sandi Jackson must surrender to prison on Tuesday

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The ABC7 I-Team has learned that former Chicago alderman Sandi Jackson will surrender to a West Virginia prison camp on Tuesday to serve a one-year sentence for falsifying tax returns.

Last month, her husband Jesse Jackson Jr. finished serving his sentence for spending $750,000 dollars in campaign money on personal items.

Their sentences were staggered because the couple has two children.
