Three, two male suspects and one female suspect, were arrested.

They were taken to local hospitals with minor injuries, after the crash.

One officer was taken to a local hospital for observation.

Video from the scene shows a crashed car with fencing wrapped around it.

COPA is investigating. They said they cannot release video or other materials, in accordance with the Juvenile Court Act.

The officer(s) involved will be placed on routine administrative duties for a minimum period of 30 days.
