CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police said people have had their gold necklaces ripped off in random attacks.
There have been at least ten incidents since July 2, police said.
CPD said the crimes involved one or two suspects described to be about 18 to 25-years-old.
Police said the suspects have used a two-door gray sedan and a green sedan in the robberies.
In Hinsdale, police said a similar incident happened on Friday at about 6:30 p.m. near Washington and the railroad tracks.
They released an image of a person of interest.
Police have not connected the crimes in Chicago to the suburban robbery.
