Inspiration Kitchens Chef Instructor Beatrice Maldonado and Associate Director of External Relations Margot Niebes with Inspiration Corporation joined ABC7.

Their annual fundraiser, One Inspired Evening, will be held on April 17 at Venue West. Tickets are $150.

Chef Bea shared the recipe for "Deconstructed Elote," which will be served at the event.
