Evanston-Skokie District 65 is looking to make $10 to 15 million in cuts before fiscal year 2030.

The closure will also lead to new attendance boundaries for hundreds of students in the district.

Dr. Bessie Rhodes School of Global Studies will also shutter in the spring.

Board members were previously considering closing both Kingsley and Lincolnwood elementary schools.

The board also unanimously voted not to advance a scenario that would have closed both Kingsley and Willard elementary.
