ICE agents seen chasing car on NW Side before crash: witness, video

CHICAGO (WLS) -- U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were seen chasing a car on Chicago's Northwest Side before a crash Tuesday, according to a witness and video of the scene.

Masked ICE agents were seen in the area of Grace Street and Olcott Avenue in the Belmont Heights neighborhood.

A witness said he saw unmarked cars chasing a red car before the car crashed near a tree.

The witness said he saw an older person being detained.

Chicago police were also seen in the area after the crash.

Last week, a man was seen being detained on the Northwest Side, as well.
