ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (WLS) -- A baby born weighing just 14 ounces is going home Thursday.

Kacie Mormance and her twin Naomi were born at Northwest Community Hospital last May.

Kacie was about the size of a soup can-- the smallest preemie to ever survive at the Arlington Heights hospital. Now, Kacie is 10 pounds and thriving.

Her sister Naomi was released in August.

Her parents Randa and Chris are so excited for their girls to be back together in Hoffman Estates.
