CHICAGO (WLS) -- New accusations are emerging against a former Catholic priest and convicted pedophile.
Two men have filed lawsuits against now-defrocked priest Daniel McCormack and the Archdiocese of Chicago.
Both of the alleged victims claim they were abused between 2000 and 2003 while McCormack was a pastor at Saint Agatha's Parish on Chicago West Side.
McCormack was released from the priesthood in 2007 after pleading guilty to abusing five other children.
He has been at a mental facility for the past six years.
