Police release surveillance images of suspect in South Loop school burglary

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police hope someone recognizes a burglar who stole two safes from a school.

The incident occurred in the 800-block of South Wabash Avenue at approximately 6:20 p.m. last Saturday, police said.

Police said someone got to the school and noticed the front door had been pried open. The safe had money and other items which were taken.
