MUNSTER, Ind. (WLS) -- There was a large police response at the high school in Munster, Ind. Friday - but it wasn't for an emergency.
Local officers, the Indiana Department of Homeland Security and school administrators were training for the worse scenarios.
It was all to prepare for a possible school shooting.
Students played the role of some of the victims while paramedics and firefighters received valuable training to know what to do in the event of an emergency.
