Illinois League of Women Voters holds State of the State luncheon

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Illinois League of Women Voters Education Fund held its annual State of the State luncheon on Wednesday in the Loop.

U.S. Senator Dick Durbin helped moderate a discussion at the Union League Club centered on the theme "Shining the Light of Truth; Keeping the Heat On." That theme was a tribute to African American suffragist Ida B. Wells.
