South Asian Film Festival features arts, fashion

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Chicago South Asian Film Festival Gala featured a night of arts and fashion downtown.

Guests at Venue SIX10 Sunday night were treated to a fashion show and the Chicago premiere of actress and producer Fawzia Mirza's one-woman show.

Part of the festival's goal is to give South Asian talent, stories and themes a world platform.
