New Target Express store breaks ground in Lakeview at Clark, Belmont

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A new business and residential development is going up in the Lakeview neighborhood on the corner of Clark and Belmont.

The eight-story development broke ground Wednesday morning. There will be a Target Express store along with 90 apartment units and parking spaces.

The project will cost $50 million and is scheduled to be completed late next year.
