Timothy Jones found guilty of first degree murder
A guilty verdict came down Saturday in the murder trial of Timothy Jones and for the first time, the trial featured a camera in the courtroom for its entirety.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A judge has sentenced Timothy Jones to 28 years in prison.



Jones was convicted of murder in the death of Jacqueline Reynolds. She died when her car was hit by a Chicago police SUV that was chasing Jones.



Before the judge handed out the sentence, Jones took the witness stand and apologized to Reynolds' family.
