CHICAGO (WLS) -- On April 27, it's a day of fun, fellowship and exercise in southwest suburban Oak Lawn.
The Fourth Annual District 1-A Lions Helen Keller 5K Fun Run/Walk benefits programs for the blind or visually and hearing-impaired. Lion Chris Coleman, chair of the Walk/Run and former president of the Burbank Lions Club, and Dr. Janet Szlyk, president/CEO of the Chicago Lighthouse, a beneficiary of the event, joined us live from Oak Lawn during our ABC 7 Eyewitness News Sunday Morning to tell us about the great causes the event supports.
