Workshops help women cope with active military service

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A day-long event aims to help women who are active in military service and those who are veterans.

ABC7 Eyewitness News reporter Stacey Baca emceed the workshop held at the Chicago Marriott Midway Hotel.

The workshops aim to help the women cope with military service and life after they are done serving.

All women in the military are encouraged to attend.
