NEXUS Chamber Music Festival kicks off Wednesday

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The NEXUS Chamber Music Festival kicks off on Wednesday and will feature the Chicago premiere of Music for 8.

The festival is designed to bring chamber music to more people.

Alexander Hersh, a cellist and co-artistic director of NEXUS Chamber Music, Brian Hong, a violist and co-artistic director of NEXUS Chamber Music, and Rannveig Marta Sarc, a violinist and performing artist in the festival, joined ABC7 to discuss on Tuesday night.

The 9th annual NEXUS Chamber Music Festival begins with a performance at Winnetka Congregational Church at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

There are also performances on Thursday and Friday night at Guarneri Hall.
