

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Chicago area is under an Accuweather Alert as more storms with powerful winds are forecast Tuesday.
A Severe Thunder Storm Warning was issued for LaPorte, Indiana and Berrien, Michigan counties until 6:15 a.m. CDT.
Most of the Chicago area is under a Level 3 risk for severe weather Tuesday.

ABC7 meteorologists said the timeframe for storms is between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The National Weather Service said the main threat will be destructive wind gusts that could reach up to 80 miles per hour.

As for the White Sox game, meteorologists say it should be welcomed with quiet weather conditions.
