CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago man with a strange history of impersonating police has pleaded guilty once again to posing as an officer.

Vincent Richardson, 22, was sentenced to 18 months in jail. Police say he was pulled over last year while wearing a "police-style" bullet-proof vest. They said he also had a police scanner and handcuffs with him.

His arrest record dates back to 2009. When he was 14, he dressed up as an officer and actually went on patrol for five hours before being caught.
