Flood waters begin receding in Watseka

The water in flood-stricken Watseka is finally starting to recede Wednesday. Both Sugar Creek and the Iroquois River dropped several inches overnight.

While water levels are going down, much of the town is still affected by the floods. About 130 people have been evacuated.
