Fans at the US headquarters in Brazil got to witness an impassioned rally cry Wednesday night by Will Ferrell, who says he's going to step in and play for Uncle Sam. Ferrell was introduced by Teddy Goalsevelt, a US fan whose Theodore Roosevelt outfit at the US-Portugal game made him an overnight internet sensation.

Among his promises of dubious seriousness, Ferrell says, "If the game gets close, I will bite every German player," and that he will sit next to Goalsevelt in a USA-themed bikini top.

Not sure how Ferrell can both play and watch, but keep your eyes peeled for our "secret weapon" during the game. Whatever he does, it's sure to be entertaining.
