Bullet breaks window at St. Malachy school on Near West Side

CHICAGO (WLS) -- There were some scary moments at a Near West Side school when random gunshots were fired outside the building Friday.

At least one bullet broke a window at St. Malachy in the 2200-block of W. Washington.

No one was hurt, but the school was ordered on lockdown until police secured the area.
